Replace Oil and Service Hydraulic Oil Tanks of the Structural Evaluation Laboratory(SEL), C-Bay, Bldg 19, NSWCCD; Base with Options: contractor shall perform the following services for both 1000-gallon tanks of the hydraulic system.
