The Work herein contemplated consists of furnishing all labor, materials, equipment, transportation, and incidentals necessary and required for the complete installation of mains and appurtenances. This will include, but not limited to the following major items and appurtenances. (1) Sewer Main Installation (2) Trenchless Construction and Pipe Bursting (3) Sanitary Sewer Manhole Rehabilitation (4) Connection to Existing Manholes (5) Street, Driveway, Parking, Sidewalk, and Alley Repair (6) Right-of-Way Restoration and Cleanup (7) Provide “As-Built” Plans with GPS As Built Survey. Project Twelve Locations: (1) S Agnew Avenue to S Villa Avenue from SW 26th Street to SW 25th Street; (2) N Military Avenue to N Classen from NW 28th Street to NW 29th Street; (3) N May Avenue from N Porter Drive to Somerset Place; (4) N Walker Avenue to N Shartel Avenue from NW 114th to NW 115th; (5) Lottie Avenue to N Everest Avenue from NE 19th Street to NE 20th Street; (6) N Virginia Avenue to N Pennsylvania Avenue from NW 33rd Street to NW 34th Street; (7) N May Avenue to Blue Sage Road from Pine Ridge Road to NW 122nd Street; (8) NW Grand Boulevard to St Clair Avenue from NW 22nd Street to NW 23rd Street; (9) N May Avenue from Nimitz Boulevard to NW 47th Street; (10) N May Avenue to Cedar Springs Road from Brush Creek Road to Willow Branch Road; (11) N May Avenue from NW 138th Street to NW 140th Street; (12) N Lincoln Boulevard from NE 30th Street to NE 32nd Street.
