Handicap Parking and Rear Parking Improvements

For Department of Social Services Parking Improvements - Aiken County Government is requesting sealed bids for improvements of the handicap parking at the location of 1410 Park Ave SE Aiken, SC 29802. Questions concerning this solicitation must be emailed to procurement@aikencountysc.gov by April 11, 2023 at 3:00 p.m. Phone calls not accepted. The (Q & A) will be posted to the Aiken County website on April 13, 2023. Scope- Aiken County is requesting Written Bids to remove existing asphalt from handicap parking area, replace with approved asphalt, SC Type C, restripe, including ADA emblems, the removal of(two) concrete ADA ramps and replace with (two) asphalt ADA ramps per Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA) requirements, An alternate is also included to sealcoat entire rear parking area crack fill cracks in rear parking areas as needed, project is located at 1410 Park Ave SE, SC 29802The Bids must be submitted as stated on the attached Aiken County Sealed Bid Document.
