Cost Range: $120,000 -$220,000 This project will take no more than with (90) calendar days from the start date. Restrictions: Contractor needs to work within the property boundaries and right - of-way at an occupied park. As previously stated, this public park will remain open. Coordination shall be through the office of Aiken County Parks, Recreation, and Tourism Assistant Director, Jim Buckle. The contractor is to obtain any licenses or permits required (if applicable) to perform this work at no additional expense to the owner. The selected vendor shall provide the work and materials required in the following scope of work. All questions are due by September 13, 2023 by 3:00 p.m. The completed Q & A will be posted to our website by September 15, 2023 before 5:00 p.m. *The value for this project is based on a financial range.
