Provide all labor, material, equipment, and permits to remove and properly dispose of the South Sound Net Pens located in Peale Passage at 47.200450, -122.904213. Washington State, in Mason County. Due to the safety and health of the public and employees WDFW CAMP is temporarily closing Bid Openings to public attendance. Bid opening results will be made public within 24 hours of opening. No pre-bid walkthrough is scheduled, Contractors are strongly encouraged to independently visit the site. Bid Bond: For bids of $35,000 or less, no bid guarantee is required. Bids greater than $35,000 shall be accompanied by a certified check, cashiers check, or bid bond payable to the Treasurer of the State of Washington in an amount equal to at least five-percent of the bid as evidence of good faith and as a guarantee that, if awarded the Contract, the bidder will execute the Contract and give separate bond as required, see Section 00702.06.
