Pump Station F Renovations

The project consists of furnishing all materials, labor, and equipment necessary to upgrade Pump Station “F”, which includes but is not limited to the following items: providing uninterrupted bypass pumping capabilities with a temporary bypass connection for the pump station peak flow during all construction operations and until the new pump station is completely operation and accepted by the Owner; demolition of the existing one-story building housing the stand-by generator, automatic transfer switch, main disconnect and other associated electrical equipment located inside; demolishing of the control panel, including instrumentation, hardware, appurtenances, conduits, and all other items deemed necessary to be removed for the successful installation of the new proposed pump station equipment; contractor shall maintain the site clear of construction and demolition material and debris, including asphalt pavement, concrete pavement, unsuitable and excess backfill materials, pipes and valves, and discarded electrical and mechanical equipment. Contractor must provide transportation and legal disposal of all discarded material

Division 09 -	Finishes, Plaster and Gypsum Board, Ceilings, Flooring, Painting and Coating.
Division 21 -	Fire Suppression.
Division 22 -	Plumbing.
Division 23 -	Heating, Ventilating, and Air Conditioning (HVAC), Instrumentation and Control for HVAC, HVAC Air Distribution.
Division 26 -	Electrical, Lighting.
