Small Capital Projects and Capital Projects of Minor Complexity

The Lafayette Parish School Board (LPSB) is seeking Statements of Qualifications (SOQ) from highly qualified firms interested in providing complete Professional Services for the following projects: Small Capital Projects and Capital Projects of Minor Complexity RFQ# 29-23 Statements of Qualifications shall only be submitted on Lafayette Parish School Board Form LPSB-SOQ 29-23. A sample form is attached and a computer file can be provided upon request. Statements of Qualifications that have not been received by the above aforementioned deadline date and time will be rejected. Additionally, failure to submit all of the information on Standard Form LPSB-SOQ 29-23 may result in the Proposer being considered as non-responsive and may result in the Qualifications Statement being rejected. The Lafayette Parish School Board is an Equal Opportunity Employer. Additionally, the members of the LPSB SOQ Selection Committee request that the consultants submit LPSB-SOQ 29-23 only. Unless otherwise stated or required by the instructions, all other attachments or embellishments shall be excluded. It is also requested that Form LPSB-SOQ 29-23 be stapled rather than being bound in a booklet. The sole point of contact for any questions pertaining to this RFQ shall be the individual identified in Article 4.4. Proposal Respondents, their consultants, sub-consultants, or other parties representing the proposer for this solicitation may not contact any LPSB Board Member, the LPSB Superintendent, and/or any member of the Evaluation/Selection Committee concerning this project from the date of the solicitation until the date of selection. Any communications to any individual other than the point of contact shall result in the disqualification of the proposer. The Lafayette Parish School Board reserves the right to reject all of the submittals in response to this Request for Qualifications, and to decide to refrain from entering into any contract relating to this solicitation
