RFQ Engineering - Concrete Surface Repair

Solicitation No. NW-04 Project Limits : 150TH AVE TO CTH C County : St Croix The primary need for the project is to repair the concrete roadway surface. Secondary needs are to resurface the asphalt shoulders. The proposed rehabilitation improvement consists of concrete pavement repair and replacement work. Also includes centerline repair, asphalt resurfacing of shoulders, culverts, replacing all type 1 signs, pavement markings and shoulder rumble strips. The work will be done under traffic utilizing single-lane closures. 8080-08-05 - This project has 6.51 miles associated with it. Location is STH 35, 150th Ave to CTH C, St. Croix County 8110-00-09 - This project has 6.689 miles associated with it. Location is STH 64, STH 35 to 142nd St, St. Croix County Anticipated Construction Cost $5,000,000-$5,999,999 The contract price will be based on the selected consultants actual costs plus fixed fee. Actual costs will be defined as those costs allowable under the cost principles in Part 31 of Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR). ; Consultant costs including indirect cost rates and cost accounting system will be subject to audit. Consultant firms that are unable to account for costs consistent with requirements of the FAR are not eligible to contract. Consultants selected will be required to either submit or have on file with WisDOT a Consultant Financial Report prior to contract execution. Information on the report may be found at website. Advertised Fixed Fee % 7.25 The fixed fee for this contract will apply an indirect cost factor of 150% to the consultants estimated direct labor, regardless of the consultants actual indirect rate.
