| Description | Provide filter and belt maintenance services on HVAC equipment 12 feet in height or greater per attached requirements and specifications of WPS. Furnish & install filters, belts and grease all bearing according to the attached spreadsheet - Mark the date of installation on all filters with a permanent marker - Mark filter sizes and belt sizes along with quantities with a permanent marker in the inside of the unit cover or access panel(s) - All work will be performed 2nd shift - 3pm -11pm, Monday to Friday - Responsible for taking all trash off W.P.S. property - Update spreadsheet with any changes - Any and all products / equipment to be used shall be approved by WPS prior to usage - Vendor must have experience working with HVAC, mechanical and/or motorized equipment. |
