The proposed work specified within the bid packet includes the following: New Stairs Demo existing stairs at South door by alley and haul away broken concrete. Saw cut under existing concrete step that goes under door sill to keep door in place while new steps are installed. *Provide alternate pricing if the door cannot be salvaged and new is to be installed Form West wall for new stairs to existing dimensions. Install reinforcement, and pour new stairs with concrete. Remove form boards and clean area from installation. Salvage existing stair handrail, clean, paint, and install pads on bottom of legs for re-installation. Concrete Ramp to Alley Remove existing concrete ramp. Form and pour new 22’ X 30” slope from existing concrete to alley. Remove forms and clean area. Electrical Upgrade the 2nd floor breaker panels by either upsizing or installing sub panels to accommodate load for baseboard heat. Surface conduit and wire for 22’ of 240V electric baseboard heaters in each of the 8 rooms with unit thermostats. Restore 110 volt power to 2 switches in corner rooms. Restore power to room 203 Add circuits in panel room 206 for office Repair outlets in room 205 with all final connections and testing.
