| Description | Mechanical Electrical The project will upgrade the old HVAC systems with energy efficient variable refrigerant flow (VRF) and provide ventilation through new energy recovery ventilators. The Town is seeking proposals to install heat pumps for heating, cooling, moisture control and for an ERV ventilation system. Scope includes the installation of (2) heat pumps with a total of (12) fan coil units in the offices, court and corridor, installation of (2) ERV with duct work, and an electrical service upgrade from a 150A service to a 225A service. Work includes all mechanical, electrical, and general work (cutting and patching to match existing). Existing heating and cooling system shall remain in place as a backup system. |
