Asphalt Overlay (Level 1 Non-Polymer): labor, equipment, and materials to lay prime coat, 2 hot mix asphalt, Level 1 Non-Polymer asphalt overlay on 12 22 wide road on prepared base and existing asphalt, price per ton with suitable wearing coarse; 5% over run; five (5) day time limit in Vernon Parish from April 1, 2022 to December 31, 2022. Widening of intersections and turnouts MUST be priced as part of the road.
