Additions and Renovation to Riverside Public Safety

Project consists of new additions for the fire and police departments as well as interior renovations of the 1st floor and minor renovations of the Lower Level. Additionally, there will be some site development work associated with the additions and sanitary sewer system. The new additions are intended to match the existing exterior materials in type, scale, color and design. The interior renovation work is intended to refresh and make the appearance current in design. The structural work associated with the additions and renovation will be similar in nature to the original design. The MEP systems work, is intended to reflect the interior design requirements in the new design configuration and layout. Additionally, some of the MEP systems will be replaced as part of the renovation scope of work and as bid alternates for the project.
