Painting of all exterior walls including masonry & stucco. Excavate & paint down to top of footing where not adjacent to concrete walk. Backfill when complete. 3. Patch and repair masonry walls, site walls and parapets. 4. Patch, repair or replace stucco fascias and soffits. 5. Painting of interior face of parapet walls. 6. Painting of all roof ladders. 7. Painting of all exterior doors and frames. 8. Painting of all exterior window frames. 9.
