Description | Unit price is an amount incorporated into the Agreement, applicable during the duration of the Work as a price per unit of measurement for materials, equipment, or services, or a portion of the Work, added to or deducted from the Contract Sum by appropriate modification,if the scope of work or estimated quantities of work required by the contract Documents are increased or decreased. Owner reserves the right to reject Contractor's measurement of work-in-place that involves use of established unit prices and to have this work measured, at Owner's expense, by an independent surveyor acceptable to Contractor.No unit prices are scheduled for this project. On-Site Work Hours: Limit work in the existing building to normal business working hours of 7 a.m. to 3 p.m., Monday through Friday, unless otherwise indicated. Project consists of repairing and restoring all wood windows at the Town Office building. Bidders requesting Contract Documents to be mailed to them shall include a separate check for $40.00 per set for UPS Ground (or $65.00 per set for UPS overnight), payable to BidDocs ONLINE, Inc., to cover mail handling costs. |
