Description | **Per Addendum #1 bid date has been moved from 6/30/22 to 7/6/22** This project includes, but is riot limited to: salvaging of an existing steel ramp; and the replacement of timber floats, timber piting, and timber pier. The project is located within Deception Pass State Park at East Cranberry. Lake, 41229 WA-20, Oak Harbor, in Island County WA. In determining bidder responsibility, the Owner shall consider an over-all accounting of the criteria set forth in Division 00 - Instructions To Bidders. This project generally includes the following improvements at the East Cranberry Lake Dock herein described as the Project Site: 1. Removing and salvaging existing steel ramp and picnic table. 2. Removing and disposing of existing timber floats, timber piling, and timber pier. 3. Furnishing, coating, delivering, and installing steel pipe piling for anchorage of dock float systems and to support fixed pier. 4. Furnishing, coating, delivering, and installing fixed steel pier and grated decking. 5. Designing, manufacturing, coating, transporting, and installing aluminum railing. 6. Designing, manufacturing, detailing, transporting, and installing aluminum-framed and grated-deck float system with polyethylene tub pontoons and associated items. 7. Designing, manufacturing, coating, transporting, and installing aluminum gangway and transition ramps and associated items. |
