Squeegee Sand

Contractor to supply and deliver squeegee sand to two (2)locations, Big Elk Meadows, and the Stove Prairie Facility, for snow and ice control usage. The scope of work includes: The Contractor will provide, perform, and/or furnish the following: 1. Deliver approximately 2,400 tons of minus 3/8” squeegee sand for use on County roads for snow and ice control and improved traction during the 2020-2021 winter snow season. 2. Material will be required on an as-needed basis. 3. Material will be delivered to the sites specified below: Stove Prairie Facility, 17290 Rist Canyon Road, Bellvue, CO 80512, located approximately 1/2 mile east of Larimer County Road (LCR) #27 on (LCR) #52E Big Elk Meadows, 20 Willow Drive, Lyons CO 80540, located approximately 5 miles west of US Hwy 36 on CR 47, then Big Elk Meadows Road, to Willow Drive. 4. The Stove Prairie Facility is expected to receive 2,000 tons, as needed. 5. The Big Elk Meadows Location is expected receive 400 tons, as needed
