Description

Provide services to conduct a feasibility study of properties in the area surrounding Jefferson Countys Wacissa River Park. The study will provide a fact-based management tool and will determine whether property acquisition is feasible, reasonable, and economical. The proposal should also address potential park access and use improvements to as yet undeveloped portions of the current River Park property to determine whether additional desired improvements can be accommodated within the boundaries of the existing parcel.
