| Description | The City of St. Peters is seeking bids for Eastern Missouri Pavement Consortium (EMPC) compliant concrete ready mix to be produced and delivered on an as-needed basis per specifications located within these documents. All questions regarding this project shall be submitted to the City of St. Peters Purchasing Department in writing to Bids@stpetersmo.net under the subject line “Bid No. 23-136 – Ready Mix Concrete” or by mail to City of St. Peters Purchasing Department, One St. Peters Centre Boulevard, P.O.
