Grand Isle State Park Utility Improvements

This project will complete construction to improve the existing water distribution system servicing the park and camping areas, and also include replacement of a gravity sewer line that will add inline manholes, and work to upgrade the parks RV dump station. The project will include modifications to the existing water distribution valve vault, excavation for the placement of a new water distribution lines, and reconnection of service to existing buildings & replaced water stands, old water line abandonment/removal and all incidental work necessary. Construction start shall be October 18, 2021 following park closure with substantial completion for the majority of work expected by May 6, 2022 ahead of park opening weekend. The exception is the portion of work on the northern 3" loop, including services, from valve pit #6 running northerly toward toilet building #1 and then easterly to valve pit #4.
