Description

1. Full depth reclamation of roadway to include pulverizing existing asphalt and mixing with subgrade material to a depth of seven-inches, re-grading and preparing for asphalt pavement surfacing. 2. Provide, place and compact approximately 1600 LF of asphalt pavement surfacing to a depth of 5-inches to match existing, varying, road widths. 3. Design and install culvert headwall around inlet of 18 inch culvert 4. Lining of 50 feet of 18 inch diameter corrugated metal culvert pipe 5. Perform all work in accordance with the plans and specifications provided.
