Description

The expected work will include the mechanical and electrical components being replaced, refurbished or retained, the removal and disposal of elevator components not being used in the modernization, the supply and installation of new components, a list of updates required in the elevator mechanical room per the Code as mandated by the State of West Virginia, Department of Labor, a minimum oneyear warranty, a value engineering (VE) review, IT requirements, and all other work necessary to provide a fully functional and safe West Virginia certified elevator.
