Bids to drain, clean, sandblast, and paint the interior of the tank; sandblast and paint the exterior walls and roof of the tank; remove and replace the roof vent and water level target; remove and replace all rafter bolts; install new impressed current cathodic protection system, remove and replace the existing metal floor, remove and replace existing 10" gate valve, install new 30" manway, and remove and replace 4` diameter section of roof.
