Description

The scope of work for this project is to install an impermeable cover on Phase 1 of the landfill. Tasks will include site preparation, grading, borrow soil excavation, topsoil mixing, grubbing, installation and maintenance of erosion control measures, installation of a Geosynthetic Clay Liner (GCL), placement of soil covers, and additional tasks to install the landfill cover and restore the site.
