| Description | Work which shall include: 1. Protection of the surrounding building amenities 2. Screening of flooring surface to apply oil based polyurethane finish 3. Remove all transitions that can be easily removed 4. Protect all transitions that cannot be easily removed 5. Screen floor with fine grit pad or screen to abrade surface per MFMA standards 6. Application of one (1) coats of new finish 7. Touchup of all athletic paint markings on floors as required outlined below, and in bid specifications 8. Re-install floor transitions that were removed 9. Clean up and return impacted work area to previous state prior to contractors arrival |
