Description

The Project includes the following Work: The Contract consists of but is not limited to the abandonment of the existing 18" interceptor and installation of a new 30" PVC sanitary sewer and associated manholes, stream crossings, and metering flume. The Township of Spring hereby reserves the right, which is understood and agreed to by all bidders, to refuse and reject any or all bids submitted, and also reserves the right to waive any informality in bids received.
