| Description | Work under this contract shall include: 1. Demolish and remove the existing roofing, underlayment, gutters, downspouts and flashing. 2. Replace any deteriorated roof decking with similar new material. 3. Install 36¿ wide self-adhered rubber membrane on entire roof deck. Install prior to roofing felt. 4. Install 2 layers of 15# felt over entire roof area. 5. Install metal roofing panels and fasteners. 6. Install ridge vent along entirety of ridges. 7. Install new drip edges, edge flashings and sewer vent boots. 8. Install new pre-finished seamless gutters where previous gutters are located. 9. Install new downspouts at locations of existing. Install 45 degree elbows at all splash blocks. 10. Install new flashing around roof penetrations and chimneys and reset existing mechanical devices. |
