Restore paved surfaces, curb and gutter, concrete areas and catch basins at the parking lot at HITC in Hines, IL. xAll work shall be conducted in complete accordance with theProject Specifications, Drawings, and Terms of the Contract. All work shall be coordinated with the VA Contracting Officer and the Contracting Officer's Representative (COR). This is 100% set-aside for Service Disabled Veteran Owned Small Business (SDVOSB). Bidders must be verified in the VIP database at the time of the bid submission in order to be considered for award. An award will only be made to an eligible SDVOSB firm in the VIP database at the time of award. The NAICS code for this project is 237210. The Size Standard is $39.5M. A site visit will be conducted on July 6, 2022 at 10AM CST. See FAR 52.236-27 for details. Cut off date and time to submit questions is July 13, 2022 at 10 EST.
