Description

The work required for this project includes, but is not limited to, furnishing / installing the following: 1. Replacement of the HVAC systems including all required electric, plumbing and gas work. 2. Sloped and flat roof replacement. Required repair work including, but not limited to, partial replacement of soffits, fascias, and rakes. 3. Re-pointing brick and pre-cast masonry at walls, columns, steps. Masonry repair of steps. 4. Replacement of existing windows including all required finish work. 5. Interior repair and replacement work, including gypsum ceilings, acoustical grid ceiling, 6. Concrete curb and sidewalk repair and replacement. 7. Site restoration of construction disturbance.
