Description

To procure the services of a professional engineering consultant(s), minimally including an engineer registered to practice in the State of Indiana, to complete the following Design sidewalk, curb replacement including any required ADA ramps on Green St. from State St. to Bono Rd. and Galt St. from Dewey St. to Market St. Produce construction plans and specifications, cost estimates and other services to bid, review and critique bids received. Periodic construction monitoring and inspection including review of payment requests, site visits to make visual inspection/verification of work being invoiced, compliance with plans/specifications, quality of construction, adherence to schedule and troubleshooting as needed. This project includes the reconstruction of sidewalks, driveways, curb ramps, replacement curb, as needed and any needed tree removals and replacement of trees and other work to improve walkability.
