| Description | The Maryland Environmental Service is soliciting competitive sealed bids from qualified Contractors to provide labor, materials and equipment necessary to properly characterize, manage, remove, transport, dispose and treat hazardous wastes and non-hazardous wastes obtained from the various State Highway Administration (SHA) facilities located in the state of Maryland.
