Manage inspection process for all contractors•Obtain final inspections and occupancy certificates for buildings. Provide Owner with complete manual for equipment and material warranties and operations manuals. Perform and manage Owner punch out process and building turnover to VCU Housing. Manage warranty issues related to contractor performance.
