Description

Dewatering and dike raising of Spillman Placement Area, an upland site along the Houston Ship Channel immediately North of Barbours Cut and adjacent to the Houston Ship Channel North of Morgan`s Point. Work will consist of constructing dewatering ditches and raising containment dike at placement area.
