Site work and paving for a mixed-use development in Plum, Pennsylvania. Completed plans call for site work for a sidewalk / parking lot; for paving for a sidewalk / parking lot; and water / sewer project. Renton Park Phase 2 Improvements. The Project includes the following Work: The proposed park improvements include the installation of an asphalt walking trail, concrete sidewalk, bocce court, cornhole boards, lighting, water fountain, and stormwater management facilities. The Park has received funding from the Commonwealth Financing Authority. Bid security in the form a Certified Check or Bid Bond shall be furnished with the bid in an amount not less than 10%. All questions about the meaning or intent of the Bidding Documents are to be submitted via PennBID in accordance with the Instructions to Bidders. Telephone inquiries are unacceptable. For all further requirements regarding bid submittal, qualifications, procedures, and contract award, refer to the Instructions to Bidders that are included in the Bidding Documents. Bidders must comply with all State antibid-rigging regulations pertaining to work associated with this project and will be required to submit an executed non-collusion affidavit with the bid. All bidders are hereby notified that in regard to any contract pursuant to this advertisement, businesses will be afforded full opportunity to submit bids in response to this notice and will not be subjected to discrimination on the basis of gender, race, color, creed, sex, age, physical disability or national origin in consideration for an award.
