Home Construction on Vacant Lot

Design and construction of a single family home located on the current vacant lot at 206 N. 6th Avenue, Wausau. The proposed home’s design must “fit in” with the other homes in that neighborhood, contain a full basement, 3 bedrooms, 1 ½ baths, either full or ½ front porch, and detached two-car garage (minimum requirements). Approximate finished square footage to be between 1,500 – 1,900. (See attached pictures of previously built In-Fill Houses.) All building permits, sewer and water laterals, hard surfaced driveway, and finished landscaping to be part of the proposal. Curb cut for driveway to remain the same.
