Macon-Talmadge Drainage and Lanier-Gloucester Intersection Improvement Project

This project consists of furnishing all labor, materials and equipment necessary for Macon-Talmadge Drainage Improvements including cleanup and any incidental work thereto to complete the project. All work is to meet specifications and/or standards of the City of Brunswick and to include any addendums thereof and Georgia Department of Transportation Specifications Project will include: • Removal and replacement of storm drainage structures and pipes • Stormwater outfall improvements; • Removal and replacement of concrete curb and gutter • Graded aggregate base, asphalt binder, and asphalt surface course • Thermoplastic pavement marking All bidders must be licensed to conduct business of this nature in the State of Georgia. Bidders must be fully insured so as to save the City of Brunswick harmless as a result of any action or accident related to this project. A Bid Bond of 10% of the amount of the bid must accompany the bid. The successful bidder will be required to furnish a Performance Bond and Payment Bond, each in the amount of 100% of the total Contract amount. The City of Brunswick, owner, reserves the right to reject any and all bids, negotiate, waive informalities and/or make the award in the best interest of the City of Brunswick.
