Description

The purpose of this project is to abate the interior of the building from Lead contamination resulting from improper collection of material during lead paint removal. Please see the Plan view of the abatement area (Attachment 2) for visual aid in what is requested below. The location of this building is at 640 E. Main Street Salisbury, Maryland 21804. Add Alternate No 1.: Demolishing the front two offices: 1. Completely remove the front two (2) interior 1st floor offices (Attachment 2) with an approximate area of 123 ft2each; with 8’ interior ceilings. They are constructed with 2x4 walls, T-11 exterior wall plywood, and OSB plywood for the roof. The nominal exterior dimensions are: 22’L X 13’W X 9’H. 2. Completely remove east offices ceiling, wood walls, doors, Insulation, carpet, and related wiring. 3. Terminate existing electrical wiring in demolition per National Electric Code (NEC)
