Services to be provided by the Contractor will include but will not be limited to: excavation, preparation, post-tension slab installation, concrete flatwork, installation of standard pickleball court, installation of fencing, installation of related recreational features, and landscaping. The Contractor shall furnish all labor, materials, equipment, tools, transportation, plants, supplies and oversight needed to complete the work in accordance with the contract and the plans.
