| Description | The City of Bloomfield and the Bloomfield Parks & Recreation Department are undertaking a playground replacement project for the publicly owned City Park within the Bloomfield city limits. This project is being funded by a COVID-19 Community Development Block Grant (CDBG). A vendor has been approved to supply and install new playground equipment on the site; however, two of the play areas will require concrete pads to support the new equipment; an option is being considered which would require a pad beneath a third play area. We are interested in receiving proposals for the installation of cast-in-place concrete pads for these play areas.
