Houston County Courthouse Parking Lot Expansion

The Houston County Board of Commissioners reserves the right to accept or reject any or all bids and to waive technicalities. The bidder's E-Verify Number shall be marked on the outside of the bid envelope. A completed "E-Verify Affidavit for Road Construction" shall be included with the bid. All bids must be accompanied by a Bid Bond in the amount not less than ten percent (10%) of the Total Base Bid. Performance and Payment Bond, each in the amount of one hundred percent (100%) of the total contract amount, will be required of the successful bidder. Bonds must be written by an acceptable Surety Company licensed to do business in the State of Georgia and listed in the Department of Treasury, Circular 570, latest edition. The number of days within which, or the dates by which, the Work is to be completed and ready for final payment shall be December 30, 2022
