PROJECT DESCRIPTION AND LOCATION (a) - Scope of Contract. Construct approximately 5 miles of stock trail. Work generally includes clearing and new trail construction, construction ofswitchbacks and rock wall, reconditioning of existing tread, culvert installation, obliteration of existing trail, installation of drainage structures, post and sign installation, and other miscellaneous trail work. Numerous sections of surface rock may need blasting or hammering. Unclassified excavation incidental to 912(01). (b) - Project Location. The project is located within the Gallatin Mountain range Southeast of Bozeman, MT. From Bozeman, follow Interstate I90 east for 25 miles to Livingston. Follow Highway 89 south for 46 miles to Corwin Springs. Turn right or west on Cinnabar Basin road and cross the bridge and Yellowstone River. Turn right or north on Old Yellowstone road, and follow north for approximately 5 miles, while keeping right at intersections, to the pullout/trailhead on the right, .5 miles before Cutler Lake. Project begins at the gate on old road heading west
