Perimeter Fence Replacement

Texas A&M AgriLife Research is seeking bids for the replacement of perimeter fence at its facility in McGregor, Texas. Bidders shall offer a unit price response for each line item in this bid. SCOPE OF WORK Item #1: Furnish all labor, materials, equipment, and services necessary for the construction of approximately 11,300' of 4' wire mesh field fence with strand of barbed wire on top, cattle gates include: 1 - 10' gate, 1 - 16' gate, 2 - 20' double gates, 1 - 32' double gate, removal and disposal of existing fence, and clearing of any tree or bush necessary for construction. (See APPENDIX for fence location.) Item #2: Furnish all labor, materials, equipment, and services necessary for the construction of approximately 3,300' of 4' wire mesh field fence with strand of barbed wire on top, cattle gates include: 2 -16' gates, removal and disposal of existing fence, and clearing of any tree or bush necessary for construction. Item #3: Furnish all labor materials, equipment, and services necessary for the construction of approximately 4,030' of 4' wire mesh field fence with strand of barbed wire on top, cattle gates include: 2 - 20' double gates, 1 - 24' double gate, removal and disposal of existing fence, and clearing of any tree or bush necessary for construction Item #4: Furnish all labor, materials, equipment, and services necessary for the construction of approximately 14,000' of 4' wire mesh field fence with strand of barbed wire on top, cattle gates include: 3 - 20' double gates, 1 - 24' double gate, 1 - 16' gate, 1 - 12' gate, removal and disposal of existing fence, and clearing of any tree or bush necessary for construction.
