| Description | The purpose of the project is to provide a new roofing system for the Waterfront Building 132. The area of work is shown in Attachment A. The low sloped roof area will receive an asphalt shingle roof system. The flat roof areas (HVAC and storage areas) will receive a single ply PVC roof system. NOTE: The flat roof areas (HVAC and storage areas) are not due for replacement at this time, however, for efficiency the Citys intent is for this work to be performed concurrently with the asphalt shingle roof system (low sloped roof area) depending on available budget. The City reserves the right not to award the PVC roof system portion of this scope of work (HVAC & Storage Areas, Bid Line Items 6 & 7) based on available funding.
