2022 Janitorial Services

Furnishing the Department of Public Service the following: The City of Oregon desires proposals for all labor (3 person minimum), material, equipment and supervision to perform complete janitorial and window cleaning services to be rendered five (5) days per week, Monday thru Friday, after narmal office hours, except legal holidays. Service will include all areas of the Court Administration Building with the excep- tion of the Boiler Room: Police Division; Water/Tax/Finance rea: Parks/Recre- ation and Streets and Water Distribution Buildings. A bidder's bond, certified or cashier's check on a solvent bank payable to the City of Oregon in the amount of the total amount of the bid, but in na case lass than $300 asa quare ntee that if the proposal is accepted, a contract will be entered into, is fo accompany fhe bid.
