| Description | Scope of Work: 1. Demolish existing sections of ductwork associated with the replacement of VAV boxes. 2. Demolish existing VAV dampers, electric duct heaters and associated controls. 3. Install new sections of ductwork where indicated. 4. Replace or remove existing supply air diffusers where indicated. 5. Replace existing space temperature sensors and install additional where indicated. 6. Provide new VAV boxes including associated control devices, wiring sensors, programming and graphics. 7. Integrate all controls to owner’s operator station with graphics. 8. Provide mechanical and electrical materials and labor associated with the installation of control devices. |
