| Description | Furnish, deliver, and apply all materials and labor to prepare and paint all exterior walls, trim on windows and doors, soffits, fascia, and roof edge at the Waste Water Treatment Plant (WWTP) Administration Building, 760 Main Street., Bangor, Maine. Work will include: 1. Removal and proper disposal of all trash and waste material generated at the work site, including payment of all required charges of fees associated with refuse disposal. 2. No materials will be allowed to be stored within the building. 3. Coordinating their work with WWTP Administrative Personnel to minimize the interference of this work with the daily operations of the WWTP. 4. Lawns, trees, shrubs, flowers, pavements, and fences that are broken, damaged, settled, or otherwise damaged as a result of receiving, handling, storage of materials, or of the performance of any work under this Contract, will be fully restored to the satisfaction of the WWTP Administrative Personnel. 5. At the time of project close out, will complete the following cleaning operations: A. Remove all debris, sweep and wash all paved areas and police yards and grounds. 6. Guarantee that all work installed is free from any and all defects in workmanship and materials. They further guarantee that if, during a period of one year from the date of completion and acceptance of their work, any such defect in workmanship, material, or performance appear, such defects will be remedied without cost to the City. 7. Paint shall be either Sherwin Williams top-grade or Behr top-grade or approved equivalent with limited lifetime warrantee. 8. Shall at all times protect and preserve all materials, supplies, and equipment of every description (including property which the City may have furnished or owned and stored at the site), existing structures including utilities, and all work performed. | ||
