| Description | The State College Area School District plans to replace existing fuel oil fired hydronic heating boiler at the Bus Garage next to Radio Park Elementary. The following is a brief outline of the scope of work: 1. Demolish existing fuel oil fired boiler, existing circulator pumps, and domestic coil and mixing valve. 2. Selective demolition of heating water supply/return piping. 3. Selective demolition of domestic cold water and hot water piping. 4. Provide new fuel oil fired boiler and circulator pump and reconnect to existing heating water and fuel oil piping. 5. Provide new ceiling suspended electric water heater and reconnect to domestic cold water and hot water piping. |
