Microwave and Refrigerator Freezer Combination Units Contract

Award: Collegiate Concepts, Inc. Clemson University seeks an experienced provider to Microwave & Refrigerator Freezer Combination Units as outlined in the attached Scope of Work under "Attachments" section. All submissions must be made online. No red lines to the contract will be accepted during the submission process. If there are terms you cannot agree to or wish to have changed you must request that by submitting a question or request for modification to the scope to the Procurement Officer during the Deadlines for Question process and Clemson will consider changes. However to ensure all offerors offer the same scope, redlines or caveats put on any proposal may make your proposal non-responsive and not able to be considered . It is highly encouraged that you submit your bid prior to the closing date. a) Question Deadline 03/13/2023 at 4:30 PM ET Questions shall be submitted in the online bidding system under the Questions tab by the date and time listed herein. Answers will be posted in the online system following the deadline date. All Offerors are charged with a duty to inquire. By submitting an Offer, represents that the offeror has read and understands the Solicitation and that its Offer is made in compliance with the Solicitation. Offerors are expected to examine the Solicitation thoroughly and should request an explanation of any ambiguities, discrepancies, errors, omissions, or conflicting statements in the Solicitation.
