The successful Bidder's workforce must comply with all personal identity verification requirements as directed by the Department of Defense (DoD), Department of the Army (DA), The National Guard Bureau (NGB) and/or local policy. Bidders are responsible to verify and use the most recent prevailing wage rates. The "Effective Date" for this project is the Bid Proposal due date above.
