Description | ESTIMATED BASE BID COST RANGE: $550,000- $600,000 SCOPE OF WORK: Provide all necessary material, labor, tools and equipment to provide a complete and usable HVAC replacement project as per plans and specifications Please direct questions regarding this project to Mr. Brian White of Hultz/BHU Engineers at (253) 383-3257 *The value for this project is based on a financial range. The value is listed as the highest possible cost from the range provided by a stakeholder or official project document. All visitors to Camp Murray are required to pre-enroll with Washington Military Department for access approval. For access information please visit the Military Departments website. See Sheet G0.1 and Specification Section 00 90 01 for additional pre-enrollment instructions. To perform work on Camp Murray. The Bidder, if successful, and all associated subcontractor's employees, if any, shall provide all information required for background checks to meet installation access requirements to be accomplished by installation Provost Marshal Office. The successful Bidder's workforce must comply with all personal identity verification requirements as directed by the Department of Defense (DoD), Department of the Army (DA), The National Guard Bureau (NGB) and/or local policy. SCOPE OF WORK: Provide all necessary material, labor, tools and equipment to provide a complete and usable HVAC replacement project as per plans and specifications. Within 24 hours following the bid opening, results will be available on the Military Department's web site Bidder Responsibility will be evaluated for this project. In determining bidder responsibility, the Owner shall consider an overall accounting of the criteria set forth in "DIVISION 00 RESPONSIBILITY CRITERIA". Please direct questions regarding this subject to the office of the Consultant. The State of Washington prevailing wage rates are applicable for this public works project located in King County. Bidders are responsible to verify and use the most recent prevailing wage rates. The "Effective Date" for this project is the Bid Proposal due date above. The applicable prevailing wage rates may be found on the Department of Labor and Industries website. The Owner has Federal Funding or other special requirements for this project. The Bidder will be required to comply with the "DIVISION 00 SPECIAL CONDITIONS" section in the specifications. Please direct questions regarding his subject to the office of the Consultant. The successful Bidder is required to register and create an account in the DES Diversity Compliance program (B2Gnow) at online.
