Description | Please be advised that Mascaro Construction Company, L.P., acting as Construction Manager to the Pittsburgh Symphony Society, will issue a Request for Bids for the Heinz Hall 2023 Window Replacement and Terra-Cotta Repair project, funded in part by The Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, Office of Budget, Bureau of Revenue Capital & Debt Redevelopment Assistance Capital Program (RACP), on Thursday, September 15th, 2022 in the Pittsburgh Post-Gazette. Bids will be accepted until 2:00 pm EDT on Thursday, October 20th 2022, per the Instructions to Bidders provided in the bid documents and opened immediately thereafter. The project consists of the following work & trades: - Removal and replacement of windows - Repairs to the Terra-cotta facade, including select replacement - Replacement of the exterior facade lighting - Roofing work to support facade repairs - Restoration of an exterior metal balcony - Painting - Scaffolding to support work Plans, specifications, and all associated documents will be available to all interested parties on or after September 19, 2022.
